Brand activations
Jersey printing inside a brand footprint
An activation jersey line has two jobs at once: hand out a genuinely good garment, and be watchable while it does it. Those goals pull against each other, and the resolution is production discipline — a line that is fast enough that watching it is fun rather than a reminder of how long you have been standing there.
Build
Sourced blanks, sponsor art, visible presses
Most activations want us sourcing the blanks so the jersey matches the brand palette. Augusta Sportswear and Badger cover the practical range — mesh, tricot, lighter performance cuts — in adult XS through 3XL. We build the size curve with your team and cap each size in intake so the picker only offers what is physically on the shelf.
Sponsor marks and the numeral font are proofed weeks out. On an activation the numeral is a design element, not an afterthought: a custom varsity face with an outline reads dramatically better in photos than a default block number, and it costs nothing extra once the art is prepped.
We position presses so guests can see them. The press closing on a name is the moment people film. Sightlines are worth designing for, as long as the guest path still never crosses the crew path.

Peak
Doors is your worst hour unless you plan for it
Activation demand is front-loaded almost without exception. The footprint opens, the crowd that queued outside arrives at once, and a station sized for the day's average is immediately underwater. Recovery from that first hour takes the rest of the event, and the photos everyone remembers were taken during it.
Three levers, all decided before doors: staff an extra lane for the opening block only; set a queue cap that closes intake when pending work exceeds what the lanes can clear before close; and enable text-when-ready for VIP or premium tiers so those guests circulate instead of standing in line.
We ask for the run of show, not a headcount. If we know the gates open at 11:00 and a headline moment lands at 2:30, we staff for 11:00 and 2:30 rather than for a flat average that will never happen.

Detail
Small decisions that change the day
Keep it short
Two or three garment colors, one or two print locations, a small set of design choices. Every extra option is decision time at the tablet that the entire queue behind pays for.
Say nine early
The nine-character cap belongs on the tablet screen before the guest types, not in an operator's apology at the press. Set the expectation and almost nobody minds.
Light the handoff
The shareable moment is a guest holding their finished jersey, not the press. Give that spot a clean background and decent light and your content team will thank you.

Merch Troop crews have run live merch for Riot Games, Sony, Coca-Cola, Hyundai and Dickies. If your footprint has room beyond jerseys, the same crew runs a hat bar, live tees, embroidery, laser engraving and UV DTF stickers. See the setup.
